A series of Cross Country races intended mainly as an introduction to Cross Country running for Children and Adults The Carlisle race will have a modified format with pack system in Senior Races, but the other races will be off scratch. Medals will be awarded on a series basis ie for 3 races or best 3 if you run in more than 3 events. All runners finishing 3 races will receive a series medal (not in Senior Races) Entry £1 per race payable on the day (£2 extra for u/a Seniors per series) The Penrith event is the Cumbria County Championship and Special entry arrangements/fees will be in being.
