Events: Shot/Discus/Occasional Hammer/4x100m if were really, really really desperatte!
PB's: 36.05m (2k discus) 11.44m (7.26k shot) 25.60 (ish) m (7.26k hammer) and 12.6 for 100m (About 4 years ago!! Done 7.3secs hand timed 60m from standing last year though)
Found the site on Google while I should be working at uni
Achievements:
13 County Medals, English Schools finalist (Discus 2004), a few Scottish outdoor age group medals. The worst case of patella tendonitis the physio in Workington had seen in a good long while (In both knees. Her words not mine) Does that count?!
