How did you get on? I saw you in the 4x400, but I was on the infield throwing bits of metal around all day
I did ok, about a metre and half a metre off my discus and shot pb's, I got a throw in for a point in the javelin and added 9m to my pb in the hammer.... after doing my first ever training session at it last week!lol
I think we won the match, we were a little clear of 2nd near the end and we had decent points in all the relays so I would think we won |

i ran 4.15.5 to get 2nd in the 1500.Knocked 14.3 seconds off my pb so i was very pleased.
You must of done well to get decent distances off one session.Get training haha _________________ 2 Lap Wonder |

good effort!
Reckon I should pack in training, hardly trained all year cos of uni (50+ hours a week, can't stand these folks on pansy courses who do like 3 hours a week!lol), and Im throwing better than last year for it!lol |

just got the results in guys, seaton won by 29 points a good start with 5 athletes missing not including me either haha, well done.

Well done to everyone at Seaton (again!) second on a day where we had hardly any men in the team
Good performances, good team spirit, good day out, bring on Shildon in a month and division two in 12 months!
Off to train at spear chucking, can't have Hughesy beating me again!lol |
